I was delighted when I was offered the opportunity to import 'Ami' from Maria Selin in Sweden. She offered us an opportunity to bring in new lines without changing the 'type' we liked as Ami's maternal great-great grandsire is our Ziggy.

Ami is a very pretty, correctly put together, and typey bitch with excellent movement. Though not a big girl, her size is perfectly correct for the standard and she is feminine without being too refined. Though we haven't had the opportunity to show her a great deal, she has done well in the show ring, placing everytime she has been out, and winning Best of Breed at 2 open shows as well.

Ami is a very sweet and playful girl and everyone who meets her falls in love with her. We hope to be able to show her more often, and we look forward to adding her to our Canaan Dog genepool.
